Description

This newly built warehouse facility is a 60m x 30m clear span structure inclusive of a 5 - tonne overhead gantry crane.

The building's robust construction is a combination of pre-cast concrete and ports frame steel, fitted with 3 large electrically operated commercial roller doors.

The western end of the facility supports a 225 square meter mezzanine floor which can be used for extra storage or converted into offices.

The western end of the facility also conveniently provides for a concrete paved customer carpark with separate entry and exit gates.
